Multi_families is a polygon layer of the land with apartments on it. Each Apartment complex has one entry except when it is addressed off of more than one street. In that case it is broken up to have one entry per street.
The shapes are based on the parcel layer, but they're merged together into one per complex or building.
Fields[edit]
Each record has the housing type, apartment name, number of units, address info, stcode of the street it's on, date built, and owner info.
For apartment complexes that are split amongst multiple streets, the number of units is accordingly split up. Weston Place, for instance, has 22 units on W Hickory and 21 units on Stella. For some apartment complexes, the number of units couldn't be determined, in which case UNITS is set to -1
