There are several good sources for plats (and other documents):
- [| Laserfiche]: Requires a city account to access. Plats are under Engineering > Design > Plats.
- [| DCAD]: Look up the parcel (propid is usually the most convenvient way), click "View Details" for the result, then click "View Plat" to load a tiff of the plat. It works better if you right click and save the tiff to your computer vs. loading it in the browser.
- [| Denton County Clerk's Real Property Search]: This is what you use to look up everything else. The search options are a bit confusing, but it allows you to look up things by different criteria than the other sites and it has every document. Different search types are selected by mousing over "Search Criteria" at the top of the page.
